一 |     Veteran actress Saira Banu took a trip down memory lane to wish Dilip Kumar on his birth anniversary. 二 | 证监会查明，承某、丁某、张某存在以下违法事实：　　2023年6月中旬，经丁某介绍，承某与张某相识，之后三人合谋炒作“算力”热点，通过控制信息生成及披露的内容、时点、节奏等实施操纵行为。承某计划在2023年卖出“恒润股份”股票，2023年7月16日，承某与阮某签订《代持协议书》，以某私募产品受让上述24，952，563股“恒润股份”。　　2023年7月29日至11月8日，承某、丁某、张某等人操控上市公司发布4份利好信息，拉抬“恒润股份”股价。
